Must be applied to dry skin. Massage onto dry skin for 1-2 minutes, then add water to emulsify into a milky consistency. Rinse with warm water or remove with a warm cloth. Follow with your favorite toner, serum, and moisturizer. Be sure to apply SPF in the AM.
