Step 1 Apply directly to areas needing concealing, avoiding eye area. Blend gently with a brush or clean fingertips. Can be worn alone, under, or over makeup for seamless coverage. Step 2 After applying concealer, let it sit for a few seconds to partially dry before blending, allowing the formula to set and create more concentrated coverage, then gently blend the outer edges. Step 3 To finish, press a small amount of Perfecting Powder onto concealed areas to set into place.
